Make-up HSPT FORM FOR SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2024

A makeup test will be administered on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Testing times are the same as the November 8, 2024 administration. 8:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Extended Time 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

UNREGISTERED STUDENTS

Download, print, and submit to the school the “WALK-IN APPLICATION FORM”. Complete the form with student information with up to three schools where score reports are to be sent. Participating high school names and codes are available on the website.
Test fees for unregistered students: Test fee - $70.00
Unregistered student fee - $25.00 Makeup fee - $10.00

Total fees due - $105.00

Unregistered student fees are payable by certified check or money order for $95.00 payable to NJCOOPEXAM or cash. Personal checks will not be accepted. Payment must be made before the student is admitted to the test. The $10.00 makeup fee must be paid in cash to the school. The extended time accommodation is not available for walk-in students.
