Paramus Catholic High School seeks an experienced Registrar. Reporting to the President, the Registrar plays a key role in maintaining accurate student records and managing administrative tasks related to enrollment, course registration, and academic records, including international students.

This full-time (12-month) position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including mail merges, Excel spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables. Experience with Blackbaud Education Management and SEVIS DSO or PDSO certification is a plus. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and administrative experience in education or a related field. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
